Before becoming a licensed REALTOR®, Nima worked with one of Canada’s top real estate investment firms in Vancouver, where he supported multi-million-dollar transactions and developed data-driven strategies. Nima holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC’s Sauder School of Business and has extensive experience in market analysis, forecasting, and real estate underwriting. He now shares his passion with others as a volunteer instructor with Adaptive Sports Sun Peaks. Nima has also taken up a keen interest in Mountain Biking and hopes to build the skills to enjoy all the trails that Sun Peaks has to offer. His appreciation for the lifestyle this community offers is genuine—and contagious.
